Gotham's staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay welcoming. the modern, spacious room featured a lovely rainfall-like shower. the central location allowed us to walk to most destinations. Nearby cafes were convenient, and a $10 minibar credit was a nice touch.

Just stayed at a hotel off Madison Ave. The room was beautifully spacious with rich books. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would DEFINITELY return. The breakfast was worse than on photos.

Everything was great, courteous staff, pleasant views of their “ regular ” rooms. The a double room was large with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Clean, big size hotel, the staff and location were good here. We truly enjoyed our room that was cleaned and available with a decent balcony and a 386 computer and a terrace.

Loved the spacious room and friendly staff at the hotel during our NY vacation. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the lobby before heading out for the day. The only hiccup was the espresso machine in the room, a bit confusing compared to a regular coffee maker. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great service and comfy accommodations! 💫

The staff are brilliant, the hotel is cozy and with ideal location next to the center and restaurants and The Rockerfella. Tasty breakfast, good service. Manhattan district is worth looking into. Would recomand it and would love to come back.

Stayed on the 10th floor in room 101 - cozy bed, comfy sofa, and great terrace. Staff, especially Adam and D'Angelo, were superb. Minor hiccups with shower handles and towel replenishment. Location superb, close to attractions. A tip: a smile goes a long way for a homely feel!

We liked our 4-nights stay. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper. Property's restaurant was good and with cold food.

The room was fashionable, early check-in. Rooms with 2 additional lamps and a balcony, for example.

As remote workers on a business trip to midtown Manhattan, we found the hotel's location next to Grand Central Terminal extremely convenient for both work and leisure travel. The room was well-appointed with a Nespresso machine, fully stocked mini bar, and a modern rain shower, making our stay comfortable and productive. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, adding to our overall positive experience. The only minor downside was some street noise on the lower floors, but requesting a higher floor solved that issue. Overall, a great value for a stay in the heart of the city.

the gotham was super clean and so close to the trains and subway. perfect for hitting times square and checking out local spots like grand central market and a rooftop bar with a view of the chrysler building. also, the doorman - eldis - was the friendliest!

The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in in a hotel. The staff was very attentive and they solved any kind of unexpected problem. They let us check in at 6 a.m. on a day when we needed it.

You had to pay 10 euros for a minibar every night, they tell you that when you arrive. You also pay fees for being a resort hotel that are not included in the price and that I haven't paid even in other 5 star hotels before. The price increases quite a bit from what they sell initially

The hotel room had everything in it as expected, and it was super clean, plus we got a $20 credit for the mini-bar which was cool. The balcony was the highlight for us, even on a rainy weekend! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything in Midtown Manhattan, and the rooms were modern, clean, and comfy. 🌆

Toilets in the lobby do not match the rest of the hotel. Difficult access, untidy appearance and dirty walls. Looks like you're entering a laundry room.

I think it's too expensive, for the usual amount. internet was very slow, two elevators they have, take a long time to get there.. I think what's funny about it is the balcony with a good view that it has and would be.

Despite a disappointing balcony view for the extra cost, the location was convenient and food in the restaurant was enjoyable. However, poor service regarding lost wallet and noise on the 4th floor impacted the experience.

The location was super clutch, we hit up the United Nations and saw some crazy ambassadors, then scored tickets to the Lyceum Theatre in Times Square, major vibes! It was lit!

It would've been even doper if the hotel had a rooftop spot with sick beats and chill vibes for us young'uns to keep the party going late into the night.

My recent stay at The Gotham Hotel in New York was a mixed experience. Initially, my room faced noisy aircon units, but Ena swiftly relocated me to a better room. The location near Grand Central was convenient, the staff friendly, and the beds comfortable. Overall, a mostly positive stay with minor issues.

We asked for an extra blanket, it was very cold, and they told us they didn't have any!

I recently stayed at The Gotham Hotel for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, and our room had a charming balcony. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Long Island Railroad made getting to JFK Airport a breeze. a quiet, convenient, and aesthetically pleasing hotel with comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

The general areas were always pristine and tastefully decorated, which made it easy to navigate around the hotel, even for us senior folks. Also, the hotel's accessibility was great for senior people like me, with convenient elevators and grab bars in the bathrooms that made the stay very comfortable.

Faster elevators would have made the vacation even better for senior people.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the comfortable king size bed and the cozy atmosphere of the room. the location was also a big plus, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions. There were a couple of aspects that I didn't like. the gym was located more than 2 blocks away, which was inconvenient and unexpected.

The quirky decor in the restaurant made me feel like I had stumbled into an underground speakeasy straight out of the roaring '20s. The lavish brunch cocktails and delicious popover Benedict were a delightful surprise, making me feel like I had stepped into a scene from The Great Gatsby.

One of the perks of our stay was the complimentary access to the Equinox Gym, just a short 322 meters away, and the NYSC Gym, which was 482 meters away. It was incredibly convenient to have access to top-notch fitness facilities within walking distance. Utilizing these gyms made it easy to stay active and keep up with my fitness routine while away from home.
